離心機(jī)所分離的物料都具有一定的腐蝕性,與物料接觸部分的材質(zhì),必須達(dá)到耐腐蝕要求,才能確保安全使用。
結(jié)構(gòu)件材料種類:304、321、316L、鈦板、雙相不銹鋼、哈氏合金等。
表面防腐處理措施:襯PE、襯橡膠、噴涂 halar等。
客戶在選型時(shí)應(yīng)將物料及洗滌、清洗液的理化性質(zhì)(化學(xué)性質(zhì)、分離時(shí)的溫度等)告知制造商,以便制造廠能夠根據(jù)所分離介質(zhì)的特性提出離心機(jī)材質(zhì)選用的建議,并配置適當(dāng)?shù)拿芊馊Α⒚芊鈮|及濾布,確保離心機(jī)的防腐要求。
The materials to be separated are normally corrosive. So for safety. the parts in contact with these corrosivematerials must be anti-corrosive.
Material of constructions: 304, 321, 316L, titanium sheet, duplex stainless steel and hastelloy chorine etc.Surface anti-corrosion treatment: PE lined, rubber lined and halar lined etc.
The customer shall forward the physical and chemical properties of the material and washing liquid(chemicalproperties and separation temperature etc. )to the manufacturer so that it can make recommendations for centrifuge materials based on characteristics of the separation medium, and that the suitable seal ring, seal washer and filter cloth can be provided, thus ensuring anti-corrosion requirements on the centrifuge.
濾布的選擇首先應(yīng)達(dá)到防腐要求,根據(jù)所分離物料的化學(xué)性質(zhì),選擇相應(yīng)的濾布材質(zhì)。如丙綸、滌綸、錦綸、維綸、全棉等材料。
濾布過(guò)濾目數(shù)(型號(hào))按所分離物料的顆粒直徑及粒徑分布狀態(tài)來(lái)確定,一般在選擇濾布目數(shù)(型號(hào))時(shí)應(yīng)稍大于所要截留的顆粒直徑,在過(guò)濾的最初階段有少量的小顆粒穿濾,當(dāng)所截留的較大顆粒搭橋形成濾餅層后,就可以消除穿濾現(xiàn)象,有助于提高過(guò)濾效率。
The choosing of the filter cloth should meet the anticorrosion requirements,and appropriate filter cloth materialsuch as polypropylene,polyester,nylon,vinylon and cotton and other relevant materials should be chosen in accordance with the chemical properties of the separating material.
The filter cloth mesh should be determined depending on the particle size of the separating material.Generally,the filter cloth mesh should be slightly larger than the particle size to be intercepted.At the beginning of the filtration,there will be a small quantity of small-sized particles penetrating the filter cloth.However,when the intercepted larger particles accumulate and form a cake layer,the penetrating phenomenon can be eliminated and the filtration efficiency will be improved.
